The Provider Forum is a closed community. Access is granted individually after manual review.
Fill out the short access request form with your name, practice, and a brief description of how you use EECP.
The directory team reviews each request. Approved providers receive login credentials by email within 1–2 business days.
On first login you will be prompted to set a permanent password. Your email address is your username.
Post clinical questions in the appropriate subject area. Other verified providers can reply with their experience.
Each thread is posted under a specific subject area so members can find relevant discussions quickly.
All members agree to these rules when requesting access. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
Never include patient names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, insurance IDs, or any other information that could identify a specific patient. Describe cases in general clinical terms only.
Access is limited to licensed clinicians and clinical staff actively involved in EECP treatment. Requests are reviewed manually before credentials are issued.
This forum is for peer clinical discussion — protocols, case types, equipment, indications, and outcomes. It is not a marketing channel, referral network, or patient communication platform.
Discussions about billing, coding, and insurance are welcome as peer exchange. Nothing posted here constitutes legal, regulatory, or financial advice.
Treat fellow providers with respect. Disagreements about clinical approaches are welcome; personal attacks, disparagement of colleagues, or commercial promotion are not.
